Shipping Policy
We currently offer shipping within Canada only.
Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 2 to 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
During Busy Holiday Seasons (ex. Christmas) expect some delays with the postal carrier. These delays are unfortunate but do sometimes occur. Please take into consideration the timeline and season before ordering.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from our workshop at 103-2200 Lambert Drive, Courtenay BC. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 7 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our local pickup hours are quite flexible. Please reply to your "Ready for pickup" email to arrange a time/day for pick up. If you would prefer no-contact porch pickup please specify in your reply.

RETURN POLICY
Return Policy
We accept returns on eligible non-personalized items.
Please contact us within 14 days. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We will notify you once we’ve received your returned item, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Certain types of items cannot be returned.
Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Make sure to double check your order for correct spelling. We are not responsible for spelling mistakes on items that you have entered in the selection sections. Please Read your Cart Orders.

Address Errors
If the product is returned to sender Coastal Vibes Studios or delivered to someone else due to customer error (i.e., wrong address) you, the customer are responsible to pay for any and all shipping charges or overages. Please contact us as soon as you know you are moving or notice your address is incorrect on your invoice.
Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges.
